Freedom

Acrylic, gouache, collage

I want to be as happy as a bird can fly freely in the sky! I don't like to stay in the school like a cage, can not run freely, can not do what I want to do, if I were a bird!

Birth of the World

Acrylic marker painting

I am very interested in the stories of Greek mythology and like Gaia, the earth goddess who creates all things, so I want to draw Gaia as the protagonist in my paintings to show that the world is beautiful and everything in the world has strong vitality.

Mountains and trees are her hair, corals are her crown.
At her feet are the earth and the flowers it gives birth to, the fish in the ocean, the seaweed, the anemones, and the seahorses all surrounding her with the waves, she is Gaia, the mother of the earth.

My Day

Collage acrylic painting

I'm having a bad day! The blue background is my mood, blue tears (lines) flowing from the melancholy dark green clothes. My mood gradually improved while I was creating, so those bright colors and textures emerged. My eyebrows were raised with pleasure and lowered with sorrow; The texture of the face also changed to bright yellow and sad blue dots. Finally, after I added a green nose and a pink mouth, everything was happy and wonderful!

 End War

Freehand

This captivating artwork portrays a young girl with long, golden braids, adorned with a crown of vibrant flowers, standing at the edge of a dreamy, cosmic landscape. She gazes out from a vibrant, star-studded universe, filled with swirling planets and doves, into a window framing a stark contrast of a war-torn city, depicted in grayscale. The girl, holding a peace flag with a rainbow, symbolizes hope and harmony. Her back is turned, suggesting a silent plea for peace amidst the chaos. The artwork beautifully contrasts the dark reality with the bright, hopeful future, capturing the essence of peace, love, and resilience. The vivid colors and intricate details evoke a sense of wonder and optimism, making this piece both enchanting and thought-provoking.

This Fairy bird is my good friend, she knows a lot of tales and loves to wear her small red hat.

Stay Over Night At Xinghe Old Town

Freehand

With a dog and cat, take a boat through this traversable river to the illuminated ancient world, where you can see the glory of the ancient city and communicate with the poets of the present setting.

The Lost of Old Summer Palace (Yuanmingyuan)

Freehand

My artwork focuses on the Old Summer Palace, also known as Yuanmingyuan. Constructed in the 1700s during the Qing Dynasty, Yuanmingyuan was destroyed by fire set on purpose during the Second Opium War.

Yuanmingyuan was well known for its breathtaking beauty, intricate architecture and extensive collection of art. Featuring a blend of Chinese ancient style and Western influenced buildings, it stood as an iconic symbol of cultural richness in history.

The building in my drawing is Haiyantang, a water garden showcasing Western architectural elements. It was a huge water clock that spouted water from 12 zodiac animal-headed bronze figures. I drew the building before and after fire, using contrast to highlight the immense loss of heritage due to war.

The loss of Yuanmingyuan not only represents the physical destruction of a cultural treasure, it also constantly reminds us to stay strong to protect our nation from conflicts and wars.

Car Racing

Freehand

The Australian racing venue was rebuilt from a park. The audience is very close to the track, so the on-site experience is particularly strong. The competition is in full swing. The two sides compete fiercely, like a dragon and a tiger fighting, neither side gives in. The audience waved colorful flags and shouted loudly. One of the cars with the license plate number (Hyman) broke through the finish line and won the championship! Victory is not accidental. Every racing competition is the result of preparation and sweat. He also inspires the racing dream in the hearts of everyone who loves speed!

Little Artists In the War

Freehand

Amid the smoke and chaos of war, a group of children who loved to paint found themselves without paper or canvases. With only a few tubes of paint in their possession, they ventured into an art museum.

One child gazed at the Mona Lisa's smile, feeling a warmth in his heart. He carefully picked up his brush and added a bright sun and a vibrant rainbow to the painting. He hoped this light could illuminate their lives, dispel the shadows of war, and bring warmth and hope.

Another child stood before Van Gogh's Starry Night, eyes filled with longing for a home. With his paint, he drew a magnificent castle in the starry sky, imagining himself and his family living within its walls, far from the turmoil of war, leading a safe and happy life.

Elsewhere, a child looked at the familiar green apple in The Son of Man, swallowing hungrily. He added more apples to the painting, depicting a bountiful table filled with the delicious food they yearned for. They dreamed of escaping hunger and enjoying the abundance of a peaceful era.

With their brushes and their hearts full of hope, these children breathed new life and meaning into these famous paintings. They longed for the arrival of peace, a warm home, and ample food, dreaming of a stable and happy life.
